Everything you need to know about our result-based influencer marketing platform.
Frequently asked questions
What is pay-per-result (pay per click / pay per lead)?
Pay-per-result means you only pay when the influencer generates a measurable action: a click to your site, a sign-up, or a purchase. Your budget is held in an escrow wallet; funds are released only after performance is validated. If targets are not met, you may be refunded.
How does the performance wallet work?
The performance wallet is an escrow account where you deposit your campaign budget. Funds remain locked until a click or conversion is validated. Only the share corresponding to actual performance is paid to influencers; unused balance is returned to you at the end of the campaign.
What is the refund guarantee?
If your campaign does not deliver the expected results (clicks or leads depending on the model), you can request a refund of unused budget. Exact terms are set out in our Terms of Service. The goal is zero risk for brands.
What are the pricing and fees?
We charge a single commission of around 10–12% on successful transactions. No signup or monthly subscription fees. You only pay when results are generated. A welcome offer may include 0% commission for the first month.
How are influencers selected for my offers?
Our matching algorithm analyzes content, audience, and creator performance to show your offers only to influencers whose profile fits your target. You receive qualified applications and then approve the partners to run the campaign with.
Are data and payments secure?
Yes. We are GDPR compliant for personal data. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS certified providers. Infrastructure is encrypted and regularly audited. We do not store full bank details on our servers.
Can I use the platform as an influencer or creator?
Yes. Creators can sign up, complete their profile, and apply to marketplace offers. Once accepted, they receive a tracking link and are paid per click or per lead according to the campaign terms. Earnings are released according to the defined schedule.
What is the difference between pay per click and pay per lead?
Pay per click: you pay for each valid click to your site or landing page. Pay per lead: you pay when a qualified action is completed (sign-up, form, purchase). The campaign type is chosen when creating the offer based on your goals.
How are clicks and conversions measured?
Each campaign has a unique tracking link. Our tools record clicks and, when configured, conversions (via pixel or integration). Real-time dashboards let you monitor performance and ROI. Metrics are transparent for both parties.
Where is the platform available?
The platform is available in France and internationally depending on offers. The interface and support are offered in French and English. Exact conditions (regions, currencies) are stated in the offers and Terms of Service.
What is affiliate marketing?
Affiliate marketing is a model where a partner — the affiliate, here the influencer or creator — is paid based on the results they generate for the brand: clicks, sign-ups, or sales. On our platform, affiliate marketing is performance-based: your budget is held in escrow, you only pay for validated actions (click or lead), and you can get a refund if targets are not met. It's performance affiliate marketing, safer for advertisers than flat-fee deals.
