Your first campaign in three steps
Choose one service and one clear action
Define what the visitor should do: read an offer, submit a form or book a place. Specify your service area, dates, capacity and terms. Clicking a booking button does not prove a confirmed booking.
Agree the collaboration and budget
Describe the experience, expected format and messages to check. Discuss availability, image rights and any creation fees with the creator. Choose compensation that matches an action you can measure.
Test reporting of the useful result
For a lead, trigger the event on an actual form submission. For a booking or purchase, check confirmation and campaign context. If an external tool loses that context, arrange an appropriate integration before paying for that action.
Fictional campaign brief
Introduce a pottery workshop
This example illustrates campaign planning. It does not describe a client or an achieved result.
- Goal
- Present a session and direct visitors to dates open for booking.
- Content to prepare
- A workshop visit, an explanation of the session and a link to the offer.
- Result to track
- Attributed contact forms if their event is installed; otherwise clicks according to the offer.
- Agree before publishing
- Available places, service area, cancellation terms, image rights and form tracking.
Measure enquiries before calling them revenue
A submitted form is not a signed client. Reconcile leads with qualified enquiries, attended bookings and your margin. WeeGlad does not automatically track phone calls, offline sales or every booking tool; measurement depends on an appropriate integration.
Agree a budget before collaborating
WeeGlad has no monthly subscription. Set your campaign budget and creator compensation. Creation fees may apply in addition to performance-based compensation. See pricing for platform commission and refund fees; the account and campaign terms apply.
Questions before you start
Can you run a campaign without an online store?
You can send visitors to a page explaining your service. For lead- or sales-based pay, the site must also report the corresponding event. Without that tracking, choose a measurable action such as a click rather than promising automatic booking tracking.
Is a lead a qualified prospect?
Not necessarily. A form event indicates an enquiry received according to the configuration. Define expectations in the brief and review commercial quality afterwards. A lead does not guarantee an appointment or a sale.
What if booking happens on another platform?
Check whether the tool can preserve WeeGlad link context and transmit the final action. Redirecting visitors to its calendar is not enough. Test the journey or arrange the integration before choosing pay per booking.
Prepare an offer that fits your business
Create a brand account to define your offer, budget and expected results. Test tracking before launching the campaign.
