The WeeGlad wallet helps a brand follow its campaign budget. It separates available funds from amounts committed to collaborations. Unused budget may become available after commitments are released; returning it to a payment method requires a refund request, checks and processing by the payment provider. A campaign with few sales does not automatically trigger a refund of all its costs.

What do the different amounts mean?

The available balance is budget that can still be used, subject to other operations in progress. Reserved budget covers campaign commitments. A reserved amount cannot fund another operation or refund request at the same time.

A pending refund request also reserves the amount concerned while it is processed. Compare available, committed and pending amounts rather than looking only at the total of past wallet top-ups.

These reservations support the platform’s commitments. They do not promise sales or protection against every commercial loss.

Which costs can a campaign incur?

Performance pay depends on the selected model: a valid click, lead, purchase or share of the value of an attributed sale. These are different results. A paid click may never lead to a sale.

A creation fee may also pay for the agreed content. It is separate from performance pay and may remain due when the work has been delivered and approved, even if sales are low. Read the offer’s terms before accepting it.

Platform commission on creator earnings and processing fees for a refund request are two further, separate items. The pricing and fees page explains them. For a comparison of models, read the payment guide.

What happens to the remaining campaign budget?

Commitments, results awaiting validation and any disputes need to be addressed before the amounts concerned can be released. Ending a campaign and receiving a bank refund are separate stages.

After commitments are released, available funds can support another campaign. The client may also request a refund of the eligible amount. Eligibility depends on factors including available balance and the remaining refundable capacity of original payments; it need not equal the total shown in wallet history.

How do you request a refund?

    1. Check the available balance, reserved campaign budgets and existing requests.
    2. Review the eligible amount and summary: gross amount requested, processing fee and net amount to return.
    3. Confirm the request after reading the Client terms (French) and billing terms (French).
    4. Follow its status through request, review, processing and provider confirmation. Creating a request does not prove that the funds have been returned.

Applicable fees are shown before confirmation. The terms also describe specific exceptions; do not assume a full refund by default. Timing depends on checks and payment processing. This guide does not promise a universal bank receipt deadline.

How can you prepare a realistic budget?

For an artisan scarf, a baby clothing range or a creative workshop, define the intended action, how you will measure it and how much you can commit. Include any creation, product shipping and internal preparation costs.

Test tracking from click to conversion before launch. Useful measurement helps you decide whether to continue, adjust or stop a campaign; it does not remove commercial uncertainty.
